This is the agreement between you and Vadim Marchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (identification number 302328773), Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili St 52, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia (“we”, “us”), for the Morrow app. By downloading Morrow, or by using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please delete the app.
These terms are the Terms of Use for Morrow. They apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which covers your licence to use any app downloaded from the App Store.
Morrow is a wellness app for self-reflection: you talk through the morning, it suggests three small things for the day, and you look back in the evening. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, not treatment, and not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — the app is not for that.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. If you are under 18, use Morrow only with a parent's or guardian's agreement. You must have the right to use the Apple Account the subscription is bought with.
Morrow Premium is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple is the seller and takes the payment; we never see your card. The subscription renews by itself for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If the price goes up, Apple tells you in advance and, where its rules or the law require it, asks for your agreement before charging the new price; if you do not want to pay it, cancel before the renewal.
The yearly plan may start with a free trial. It is offered once per Apple Account: if you have used it before, you will be charged straight away, and the button says so. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription automatically.
Every purchase is made from Apple, not from us. Apple takes the payment and decides refunds — we cannot grant one, refuse one, or reverse one. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We do not issue refunds ourselves, and we do not repay a period that has already begun or time within it that you did not use. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten or refund the period you are in.
Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase — the 14 days in the EEA and the UK, for example — using the paid features straight after buying is you asking us to begin performance immediately, and that right ends once performance has begun. Nothing here takes away rights your law does not let you give up.
Your moods, notes and reflections belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and do not sell them. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to keep your entries on your device, and to send what the check-ins and the daily task pick need — as described in the Privacy Policy — to our AI provider so it can answer. Neither we nor our AI provider use what you write to train AI models.
The replies, the suggested tasks and the summaries are generated by a language model. It can be wrong, it cannot assess your health, and it does not know anything about you beyond what you have told the app. Treat what it says as a prompt for your own thinking, not as advice to act on without judgement. Decisions you make remain yours.
Use the app lawfully. Do not reverse-engineer it, copy it, resell access to it, or use it through automated means. Do not use it to store other people's personal data, and do not try to overload or interfere with the service or the relay behind it.
We try to keep Morrow running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Features can change, and parts of the service depend on Apple and on our AI provider, which we do not control. If we ever discontinue the app, we will not charge you for a period after it stops working.
Your entries are stored only on your iPhone. We keep no copy and cannot restore them: if you delete the app or lose the device without a backup, they are lost. The words of each check-in conversation are deleted after the day by design.
You can stop at any time by cancelling the subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering Morrow. Terms that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability — carry on after the agreement ends.
Morrow is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome for your sleep, energy, mood or anything else.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for decisions you take on the strength of anything the app says. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Morrow in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes belong to the courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring a claim there.
We may update these terms — for example when the app changes or the law does. The date at the top of this screen is the last revision. If a change matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Morrow after that means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms, your data, or a purchase: hawl.digital@gmail.com. For refunds, please go to Apple first — they are the only ones who can issue one.
